Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me.

I have installed Notes 8.0.2 on 12 PCS. With default settings there is no new mail notification, i.e. no Sound and no Icon in system tray even though these are selected (by default) in "Preferences-Mail-Sending and Receiving".

On 2 PCs I enabled the Pop up option, that doesn’t seem to work either. The Alarm function for the Calendar works and plays a sound, so the System Speakers definitely work.

I was told that the sound and icon were broke in versions previous to 8 but that it worked in 8.0.1 is this correct? Surely IBM cant of broken the sound and icon in a minor update.
